The staff, especially Claudio, was super friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was decent, with a short walking distance to the metro and a 20-minute walk to the lively Bellavista neighborhood. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, a nice living room, and a large bedroom. The bathroom was of a good size. The breakfast was okay, but nothing exceptional.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with new and perfectly clean furniture, making us feel very comfortable. The bed sheets and covers were excellent - new, comfy, and clean. We also enjoyed the great view of the Andes. The shower was hot, and the bathroom was a good size and very clean. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to the sights, near bars and restaurants, and yet still quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also had good facilities and a diverse breakfast.
