We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The room was just the right size and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and close to shops and bars. It was also conveniently located near Holyrood Palace and some other attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel facilities were great, including easy undercover parking and good transportation options.

The breakfast was tasty, and the service in the restaurant was good. The hotel facilities, including the warm pool, sauna, and steam room, were enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was cleaned well by housekeeping each day. The location was excellent, in walking distance from the station and with nice walks in the changing area.
Hard to think of anything. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, just off the Royal Mile and near the parliament, allowed us to easily explore the city. A highlight was dining at Acanthus restaurant, where the food was beautiful and the flavors were second to none. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially a young gentleman named Hamish, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location near the tourist spots and in the welcome area was perfect for exploring the city attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was both quick and tasty.
