The room views from our river-facing room were absolutely stunning. We loved waking up to the picturesque sights of the Danube River right outside our window. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the river and with easy access to transportation options. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with organizing transportation and providing recommendations. the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied our taste buds every morning.
No complaints.
The staff was kind and polite, and the service was excellent, even when we ordered room service late at night. The Presidential Suite was absolutely wonderful, fully equipped with all kinds of comfort items. The view from the suite was amazing. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the center of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious cakes served in the coffee shop. we loved the hotel, the city, and the beautiful landscape.
