The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location with very good equipment rooms, a nice restaurant and bar on the roof overlooking Three Bridges. Ideal for independent travelers, with a lovely concierge and close proximity to the city center. The staff were exceptional in providing a friendly and welcoming service.

The hotel room was beautifully appointed with all necessary facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing - friendly, professional, and courteous. The breakfast served on the 20th floor had a spectacular view of the city and castle.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of storage. The bathroom was huge with a separate toilet and shower area. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bath products were top-notch. The bed was super comfy and the lighting in the hotel added a touch of class. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the views of the city from the restaurant were beautiful. The location was convenient, close to the main railway/bus station and the main city roads.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was clean and modern. The restaurant on the top floor served delicious food, and the breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The location was great, with everything in walking distance, including the city center which was just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel had amazing facilities, such as a rooftop bar with stunning views, a pool, and a sauna on the 18th floor. The staff provided top-notch service, with the front desk team, especially Angela and Milica, going above and beyond to solve any issues. The bellboy, GAL, was also exceptional, always polite and courteous. We can't wait to come back!
