I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Jeff and the welcoming gentleman at check-in, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The morning shuttle driver was excellent and the hotel had fun extras like cookies and smoothies by the pool. The spacious room had great amenities including full-sized toiletries and daily water. The hotel's location was ideal, away from the noise of downtown but still close to a beautiful beach. The staff was wonderful and even suggested a Caribbean sunset dinner cruise, which was amazing. The shuttle service provided safe rides to downtown and there were plenty of activities to enjoy at the resort.
For us, this hotel was ideal.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special. They left a beautiful card and a sushi cake in our room - it was such a thoughtful gesture. The welcome drinks were refreshing and the staff was super nice and helpful. The suite I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a great ocean view. The self-parking was free and convenient. I enjoyed having breakfast in my room, and it was excellent. The staff was very attentive and cheerful. The hotel also had a shuttle service that went into the center of the city hourly, which was perfect for exploring.
