We had a fantastic stay with a breathtaking ocean/Duval street view from our room. Convenient location right behind Sunset Pier, close to restaurants and attractions.Karina gave us a voucher for a free breakfast at the Tin Roof.The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with beautiful views and within easy walking distance to the Pier House. The staff was over the top in service, making our 50th wedding anniversary celebration extra special. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the restaurants had wonderful food.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire visit. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I was lucky enough to have a private balcony with a stunning view of the sunset, which was the perfect way to end each day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a spa that I unfortunately didn't have time to try. The location was ideal, right in the heart of this island where seafood is a specialty. there were extra little bonuses like frozen towels and fruit to enhance the Key West experience.
